It’s the #SEASONOFWOW at Fa Lo-Lo-Lo-gitech. That’s right, you gift lovers. We teamed up with Logitech, a well-renowned electronics company serving over 100 countries worldwide, to jollify your holiday season.

 

In partnership with our friends over at Praytell Agency, our team developed a game to liven the company’s holiday campaign. Using pictures of Logitech products, engineers created a picture matching game that instructs players to click on as many identical products as possible in 40 seconds. The campaign was live for one week, giving participants a window of time to share their success on social media and thereafter be entered into a raffle for a chance to win keyboards, webcams, and much more!

 

 

Engineers used Angular 2, a data driven framework, to build out restful APIs to track all data flowing through the website. Additionally, Mysql database was utilized to keep track of the 100,000 entries from all over the world.

 

Engineers integrated Facebook and Twitter sharing capabilities so that participants could easily share their results with social media friends, increasing Logitech’s web traffic, as a result. Additionally, engineers installed Mailgun, a third party email provider, to send players a congratulatory notification of completion via email. Ultimately, our engineers were able to provide a fluid consumer experience with the game.
